Welcome to College Park West

College Park West is our newest area of College Park townhome style apartments with three double-occupancy bedrooms in each unit. These units also feature two bathrooms and is complete with a full kitchen and living room.

This gated student community also features a community pool and a lobby space! College Parke is adjacent to the 91¸£ÀûÉç Sports Complex on Williamston Road, less than a mile from classes. The Trojan Transit is available to and from campus.

Specifications

College Park offers an apartment style community for upperclassmen students. Six to Eight upperclassmen students of the same gender occupy each unit with two residents in each bedroom.

Wireless internet, on-site parking near each unit, Trojan Transit provides transportation from College Parke to main campus.

Bunk-able bed (80W x 36D x 36H), extra-long twin mattress, dresser (30W x 20D x 30H), for each resident; one closet per room. Note that desks are not provided in College Parke.

Welcome to Whitaker Hall

Whitaker Hall is a suite-style residence reserved for upperclass women. These new buildings feature three-room suites with two students per room and two full bathrooms per suite. Bathrooms include a private shower and toilet. Every room includes a bunkable bed, wardrobe, dresser, desk, and desk chair per person. The 102 students in each of these buildings gather in their lobbies to watch movies with friends or cook a meal together. Located on Boulevard, these buildings are a short walk from the center of campus and are serviced by Trojan Transit. Parking is available in a well-lit, spacious lot directly behind the facilities.

Welcome to Village Hall

Village, a sleek, modern building located beside the Student Center, is our only residence hall that offers single-person rooms. Each suite includes four single-person rooms, two suite-style bathrooms, and a common living room space. Every room features a loft with a bunk-able bed, mattress, closet, dresser, desk, and desk chair per person. The living room in each suite features a kitchenette and plenty of space for a sofa or other furniture. The spacious, modern lobby is a great place to spend free time. Village is an upperclassman living area that houses male students on the west side and female students on the east side.

The Townhomes

Welcome to The Townhomes

The Townhomes offer some of the independence of apartment living paired with the benefits of on-campus housing. The cozy buildings are home to four upperclassmen students of the same gender with two residents in each bedroom. They offer a full kitchen and living room for each unit, plus one and a half bathrooms and two bedrooms. Every room includes a loft with a bunk-able bed, mattress, closet, dresser, desk, and desk chair per person. Spend time with your housemates cooking a meal, playing games in the living room, or hammocking in the nearby trees. The Townhomes are located about a half a mile from the main campus, and are accessible by car or Trojan Transit. They are also located about a half mile from the university Athletic Campus for easy access to sport facilities. Parking is available in front of the individual townhomes and there is an overflow lot nearby.

Stringer Commons offers a unique housing opportunity for upperclassmen students. Each cozy, apartment-style suite has four bedrooms with two residents per room, a common room, and a kitchenette with a full-sized refrigerator. The common area is perfect for hanging out or studying with your suitemates. Each room features a loft/bunkable bed, wardrobe, dresser, desk, and desk chair per person. The picturesque backyard is an ideal space to meet other Stringer residents. The entire living area is overseen by one professional Residence Director, and each building has a trained Resident Advisor. Stringer is home to 24-32 male and female students in each of the five buildings.

Located on Boulevard, Gaston is approximately a 5-7 minute walk from the center of campus. There is a Trojan Transit stop conveniently located in the well-lit parking lot directly behind the Boulevard buildings. This parking lot is for upperclassmen residents only.

Pratt and Denmark are in the center of it all–literally. Located on either side of the Merritt Administration, these historic structures are a major part of the 91¸£ÀûÉç story. Full of charm, Pratt and Denmark have high ceilings and spacious hallways, and each room includes a bunkable bed, wardrobe, dresser, desk, and desk chair per person. Take advantage of the beautiful courtyard between Denmark and Merritt to study, relax, or picnic. These buildings house 120-170 women per building.
