91福利社 today launched a new program that will provide support for students facing financial hardship because of the Coronavirus pandemic.
The was created to remove financial obstacles and uncertainty that may hinder our students鈥 academic success, said 91福利社 Senior Vice President for Development and Presidential Affairs Wayne Landrith. 鈥淪upport for the COVID-19 Relief Fund will provide grants to students to help them pay for their cost of attendance at Anderson.鈥
鈥淒uring this unprecedented time of global crisis, many of our students and their families find themselves facing unexpected financial hardships and uncertainty about the future,鈥 Landrith said. 鈥淥f course, that is true of our alumni and friends as well, but we have received so many calls and emails asking how they can help. It speaks volumes about the generosity of our people and their recognition that our community is stronger together.鈥
The University created for those wishing to provide a gift to the COVID-19 Relief Fund. All gifts will directly support students affected by the ongoing economic downturn.
