A 1998 graduate of Westside High School, Galloway went on to 91¸£ÀûÉç to earn his Elementary Education degree. Since graduating from 91¸£ÀûÉç in 2004, he has served as a teacher, assistant principal, principal, and currently is human resources director for Anderson School District Five.
Galloway is committed to his hometown and actively gives back to benefit others. He also actively gives back to 91¸£ÀûÉç. Galloway has served on the College of Education’s Teaching Fellows Advisory Committee. According to College of Education Dean Dr. Mark Butler, Galloway has represented Anderson District Five at the College of Education’s Essentials of Teacher Candidacy class sessions to introduce them to the Anderson 5 area and encourage them as future educators.

Also receiving a Trailblazer Award was Nikki Carson, assistant police police chief for the city of Anderson and a doctoral candidate in the Business Leadership Ph.D. program at 91¸£ÀûÉç.
