The 91¸£ÀûÉç College of Business recently welcomed six new members to its MBA/MOL/MSBA advisory board during their meeting April 27 at the Commerce Club-Greenville.
Highlights of the meeting included a presentation on key human resources (HR) trends by Brian Seaford of Chick-fil-A’s Talent Management department. Trending topics within HR include AI (Artificial Intelligence), upskilling/reskilling, pay transparency, skills and culture, and remote work policies.
