AU鈥檚听Ph.D.听in Leadership, Healthcare concentration, focuses on preparing its graduates to be scholars while simultaneously developing their skills and competencies as leaders. Faculty teach from a Christian worldview,听which provides an ethical and moral framework on which leadership听principles听are based. The research-based dissertation allows the student to leave the program with a publishable piece of 谤别蝉别补谤肠丑听relative听to the field of healthcare leadership.
