AU鈥檚听Ph.D.听in Leadership, Higher听Education听concentration, focuses on preparing its graduates to be scholars while simultaneously developing their skills and competencies as leaders. Faculty teach from a Christian worldview,听which provides an ethical and moral framework on which leadership听principles听are based. The research-based dissertation allows the student to leave the program with a publishable piece of research听relative听to the field of higher听education听leadership. The program is competitively priced, and, at 48 semester hours, can be completed more quickly than other programs.听
